The Right Side Of My Mouth Is Swollen In A

The right side of my mouth is swollen in a funny way, it's not a hard swell it's quite soft, but it hurts so bad and it's affecting the closure of my mouth like when the upper side of my teeth is supposed to balance on the lower side of my teeth. Please I need to know what to do to stop it, maybe some self medication or something. Thanks
