The Right Side Of My Throat Hurts When Swallowing I

The right side of my throat hurts when swallowing I have ear pain Constant clearing throat for quite a while now A white dots of my left tonsil I can't even see my right tonsil I don't know what happened where it's at . I just went to the ER for days ago because of stomach problems I don't know if that's related to what's going on . My gland on the right side also heard . My grandfather passed away due to cancer of the throat mouth and Esau for Gille cancer . Please give me some inkling of what's going thank you
