The Roof Of My Mouth Has Been Extremely Itchy For
The roof of my mouth has been extremely itchy for the past ~2 weeks with some annoying itchiness on the sides of my tongue and I've been sneezing my head off. I've been taking Benadryl 3-4 times a day with little relief. I'm a 52 y.o female and these symptoms are new this year.
I thinking I'm having an allergic reaction to some but can't figure out what.
Do you have any recommendations for ways for me to reduce the symptoms?
