The Roof Of My Mouth Is Swollen For 5 Days

The roof of my mouth is swollen for 5 days now. lower jaw too. Extremely painful. Then my throat has swollen glands and is sore as of today. Been running a fever, facial pain, headaches, nausea, stiff neck and burning pain in upper back muscles, accompanied with lower abdominal pain that started a week before any other symptom... Getting really worried on how to handle this. Anyone have a clue what it could be? The pain is intolerable, I am desperate for help. Can't afford the emergency room.
