The Roof Of My Mouth Is Very Painful. I Have

The roof of my mouth is very painful. I have been to my dentist and recently had a root canal on one of my front teeth. I have a bladder condition that doesn't allow me to eat many food items that have vit. C. I daily take calcium asorbate to supplement the lack of c in my diet.
What can I do to get some relief. Lois
