The Second Day Of My Period Around The 36th Hour

The second day of my period around the 36th hour I experience labor for 2 to 3 hours....the pain feels like labor...I am 49 years old my pain gets worse with age instead of easier....I have never had any abnormal Pap smears...my cycle is like clock work...just feels like labor with vomiting...can you help ease my pain....over the counter meds do not help....thank you thank you
