The Skin Around Both Of My Eyes Is Very Red

The skin around both of my eyes is very red and sensitive. My eyes are slightly bloodshot and dry. This has been going on for over a week. I have had a sinus infection and am on antibiotics. I thought that my eyes would get better as the infection clears up, but they are not. Nothing soothes the skin around my eyes.
