The Skin Around My 4rth Toenail Peeled Off 2 Months

The skin around my 4rth toenail peeled off 2 months ago. It had scabbed over and then the scab peeled off after i went to change the bandaid. That was about a month ago. Since then it has been oozing clear liquid around the toe and will crust up if i dont wrap it in guaze. I do clean it with hydrogenperoxide and apply some neosporine when i wrap it. But the guaze is wet in a reddish liquid when i remove it. What do I do?
