The Skin Around My Vagina Is Red And Irritated; There

The skin around my vagina is red and irritated; there are little red bumps. There were 2 cysts (or what looked like cysts). I have ruled out STDs so it is not one of those.
There is no discharge but the skin is a bit oily sometimes.
I have not switched soaps or underwear brands or tampon brands recently.
My partner has not had sexual contact with anyone else before me and it showed up 2 weeks ago and has not gone away. We can not go to a gynecologist because the insurance cards have not come in yet.
Please help
