The Skin On My Feet Is Very Sensitive. Once It

The skin on my feet is very sensitive. Once it is hit by an object or stomped on accidentally, wounds appear but not the type of fresh wound where there's blood. It looks something like thin dried blood on the skin with the color black. The surrounding skin is inflammed and red. It hurts when I walk although the affected area is on the top of the feet and not on the soles or heel. I have a wound on my ankle but it doesn't hurt that much unlike the one on top of my feet. Please help
