The Small Vessels In My Feet Started Leaking Blood Over

The small vessels in my feet started leaking blood over 2 year ago and the vessels leaking have increased all the way up to my calves. The area looks black. The bottom of my feet hurt with burning pain. I am on lyrica and pain medication and B-12 shots . No one seems to know how to stop it. I have seen a skin Doctor, a heart doctor and a neurologist so far. Message will not let me post a picture. My toes feet ankles are black and spreading upward in the same areas on both toes feet ankles and legs. Should I see a Rheumatoligist. It looks like vasculartist pictures I have seen online? It feels like I am walking on bones. The pads are flat. If I rub my skin all the way to the top of my legs they are painful. The center of my butt cheeks hurt and one leg will go numb from sitting.
