The Tip Of My Nose Is Very Sore It Comes

The tip of my nose is very sore it comes and goes extremely painful just to press scratch or blow my nose have had it in different parts of my nose last for a few days then goes looks red and slightly swollen so painful can bring tears to my eyes! I thought I had a cut up my nose I may well have! But now not so sure I think it is the actual tissues of my nose been going on for about three months. I think maybe something to do with the nerves in my nose? But the pain is u nbelivable for something that you can't really see.
