The Top And Very Back Of My Skull On Right

The top and very back of my skull on right side has a lump. Also, the muscles in that area feel very tight when I open my mouth wide. I notice this in the evening, occasionally. I'm wondering if it could be TMJ related as I'm quite certain I have TMJ issues (clicking on right side jaw); also considering daily stress as a factor. Your thoughts?
