The Top Of My Left Shoulder And Upper Left Hand

The top of my left shoulder and upper left hand side of my chest feels really tight, painfully uncomfortable. That started this morning, now, it's late afternoon, its still there and my left eye lid has started to twitch. Don't know if I should be worried about this or if I'm just getting older and this is just a part of life.
