The Tops Of My Feet And My Ankles Are Itching

The tops of My feet and my ankles are itching beyond anything that I've ever felt. I took Equate Nitetime Cold and flu before going to bed at about 11:30 pm to help with my cold symptoms. It's now 2:20 am. I woke up with an intense need to scratch my feet and ankles from an unstoppable itch. I've tried rubbing 1% hydrocortisone all over the tops of my feet and ankles and it didn't really help. What else can I do to stop the insane itching?
