The Upper Part Of My Arm Has Hurt Since The

The upper part of my arm has hurt since the Saturday before Easter. I picked up a bag of potting soil. I don't know why it is still hurting. Have I hurt my rotator cuff? It doesn't hurt there, but someone told me there arm had hurt where mine does and it was their rotator cuff? Just concerned me.
