What Does My Ultrasound Result Showing An Anteverted Uterus With Normal Size, Smooth Contour, Homogeneous Echopattern, And Intact Endometrium Mean?

The uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern. No grossly appreciable myometrial Iesions. The uterine corpus measure4.03×3.25×2.70 cm. The uterine cervix measures 2.75×2.15×2.43cm,exhibitng homogeneous stromal echopattern. The endometrium is uniform and intact,measuring 0.21 cm. The subendometrial halo is intact..please explain to me this result of ultrsound
