The Vision In My Left Eye Has Been Compromised For

The vision in my left eye has been compromised for a couple months now. My eye doctor said I could have “floaters”or water on my retina. Today, I noticed the area on my face around that eye is feeling funny. Like the sensation you get at the dentist from novacaine. Not numb exactly, but like that area is larger than normal. But it’s not. I look normal when I look in a mirror. Does this sound like anything you’ve ever heard of before?
