The Week Before Thanksgiving, I Fell Landing On My Back

The week before Thanksgiving, I fell landing on my back and hitting my head. The doctor said I had whiplash and gave me some Flexril. Since the fall, I have have horrible pains in my right temple, a pain in my neck and sholder and for some unknown reason, a very urgent bladder. I can't get any real answers from my doctor, can you give me some insight? Do I need to change doctors?
