There Are A Lot Of Colds Going Around. Coughs That

There are a lot of colds going around. Coughs that last a few weeks. I have what feels like a cold coming on in my chest for a couple of weeks. I don't have any other symptoms, except for I am super tired all day and feels a little like someone is sitting on my chest.
