There Are Open Cuts On The Foreskin Of My Fiance.

There are open cuts on the foreskin of my fiance. Now i was dry a few times but hes be having a problem pulling back the foreskin for a while.
Today we noticed open cuts on the foreskin ehich hurts him but is Not puss filled.
I got checked and im clean and so is he .

Could this be from the dry sex or is tgis something we should be worried about?
