There Are These Red String Like Things Coming Out Of

There are these red string like things coming out of my when I use the restroom. I don't know if it coming out of my butt or vagina but it looks like it has a peice of tan colored cottony dusty at one end and it also looks like it is covered in some type of film. Can someone please tell me what this could be because I can't afford insurence right now and it is worrying me...? Thank you
