There Are Times Where I Feel Like My Insides Are

There are times where I feel like my insides are being squeezed. It's usually in the lower abdomen. The pain varies from a 6-10. Nothing I do seems to help. It comes then goes away after a few minutes. It doesn't happen every day it's just an on and off pain.
