There Have Been Several Commercials Regarding Amputation After The Drug

There have been several commercials regarding amputation after the drug Invokana or any diabetes medication. My spouse is an amputee as a result of having diabetes and taking diabetes medications. The medications are isulin, metformin and glipizide. Do any of these medications have Invokana in them?
