There Is Kidney Infection And Urine Accumulation With High Urine's

There is Kidney infection and Urine accumulation with high urine's creatinine levels. So doctor suggested, Catheter to be used for complete urine passing and now on catheter for 8 months and medication. Twice the patient went for Dialysis and now keeping well. Should I consult, Urologist or Nephrologist.
