There Is A Cyst Like Growth That Was Thought To

There is a cyst like growth that was thought to be a hemorrhoid, but don't think it is. It is exactly on the edge of the top of the episiotomy scar. Hurts like hell. Any ideas or suggestions? The scar is over 20 years old and this popped up a few weeks ago. Thank you!
