There Is A Hard Small Circular Lump About The Size

There is a hard small circular lump about the size of a bb. This is not directly connected to my testes but is connected by a tube. It is either on the top or bottom of my right teste I'm not sure which but it hurts to squeeze it like the pain when you squeeze your teste.
