There Is A Patient Who Had Undergone A Surgery 7

There is a patient who had undergone a surgery 7 years ago of mouth cancer.. after that he had no problems but recently since 15 days on the he is noticing a red spot on his inner side almost closer to tonssil.. it pains sometimes... can u tell me what is that because of ???
