There Is A Small Sac On My Inner Thigh Right

There is a small sac on my inner thigh right outside of my bikini line. I just noticed it a week and a half ago and since then it has gotten a little bigger. When I pressed it I didn't feel much pain but a clear like substance kind of came out. What could be the cause of this? What could be a possible diagnosis?
