There is always a pressure near and beneath and all around the belly button from a long time. It is very annoying and irritating resulting in lack of bowel movement too. Is this hernia? But it is not clearly observable with the naked eye. Only swelling all around and no pain. It is affecting day to day work, very piety condition. Diaognised for intestinal cochs, IBS, somatoform, constipation but no benefit.
