There Is Diffusr Parechymal Volume Loss. Small Vessel Ischemic Changes

There is diffusr parechymal volume loss. Small vessel ischemic changes are present , mild to moderate. There is vertriculomegaly slightly disproportionate to sulcal enlargement . there is flarrened appearance of the sulci in the high cocexities. What does all this mean?
