There Is Puse Formation On BCG Vaccination Given To My

There is puse formation on BCG vaccination given to my daughter who is 2and half month old. Is this normal.Any further medication?
I already consulted her pediatrician over the phone since he is out of station he said its quite normal.
But am little bothered please suggest me.
