There is straightening of normal lumbar curve.
Dehydrated diffuse disc bulge with annulus tear is seen at L5-S1 level causing bilateral exit canal stenosis and nerve root compression.
Dehydrated diffuse disc bulge more towards the left side is seen at L4-L5 level causing bilateral exit canal stenosis and nerve root compression.
Schmoral nodes are seen in the inferior end plate of L5 vertebra.
