There Is This Yellow Crystal Like Thing On My Scal

There is this yellow crystal like thing on my scal it comes off when I scratch it there's a small bit of blood under it it and once I scratch it off It comes back in the exact same spot the next day it's not live (I hope) it doesn't move my scalp does itch but it's not unbearable I have dandruff so what is that yellow crystal?
