There Seems To Be A Little Ball Under The Surface

There seems to be a little ball under the surface of my skin to the right of my right eye that is tender to the touch. My right eyebrow bone is swollen in one place, as is the bone right next to my eye socket. My vision is fine, but I'm wondering what be happening?
