There Seems To Be Some Stomach Infection. From Last Two

There seems to be some stomach infection. From last two days I am having loose motions (watery) with intermittent pain in stomach. Fever is around 100 degree cDoctor advised me to take zanocin oz 500 mg (two times), vizylac two times and crocin, sos for three days. Is this treatment OK. After taking medicine for ,one day, my temperature has reduced a bit.
