There's A Hair Line Fracture In My Little Finger Of

There's a hair line fracture in my little finger of left leg. I have consulted doctor and he had put a buddy strap and wrote the Altraday 200 mg tablet. He said take twice in a day morning and night. But, I forgot to ask the doctor should I take the tablet before food or after food. I really appreciate if someone answers my question. Please let me know should I take this tablet before food or after food ?
