There's A Little "tail" Of Extra Skin Hanging From My

There's a little "tail" of extra skin hanging from my uvula. Sometimes it folds against my uvula and hides. It's not usually a problem, except when I'm pregnant as I have hyperemesis. It constantly gags me and I continue to vomit because of it even with nausea meds. What's my best and quickest bet to get it removed?
