There's A Part Of My Skull In The Upper Back

There's a part of my skull in the upper back right side that has been broken by the looks of it, its about a half an inch across, that's not the real issue though, just recently I have had what feels like pressure moving from the back to the front depending on the position of how my head is resting. I don't want to go to the trouble of going to the er unless its is an absolute emergency, if its as simple as a headache or migrane I wouldn't want to waste the time of the doctors when all I need is some rest. The trauma was not recent, I noticed it about 5 months ago
