These Are My Symptoms. I Was Diagnosed With Labyrinthitis 3

These are my symptoms. I was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis 3 weeks ago but I'm concerned there is something else going on.
· Tingling and vibrating feeling in my body

o Feels like pins and needles (not really painful, but very obvious) sometimes in my face, fingers and arms, but mainly in my legs and feet. Sometimes it feels like it is itchy.

o Happens when I am sitting still and during and after exerting myself.

o I tried 20 minutes of yoga (only stretching and balance) and then I attempted to go to the grocery store for just a few things. I barely made it up the stairs home, very out of breath, exhausted and my legs felt like rubber, like they were going to come out from underneath me and there was tingling everywhere in my legs

o Tingling in my tongue especially during and after a dizzy episode.

§ Slurring

· It feels like my tongue is weak or fat and tingles when I have a dizzy episode

· Severely Fatigued

o Mostly happens as the day progresses and I am really fighting my body and the need to sit down or even read or work.

· Headaches

o One at least once per day, mainly behind my eyes and over the right eye.

· Eyes

o Light sensitive with halos ALL the time.

o Mornings when I am waking up it seems like my eyes are bouncing

· Muscle Spams

o My legs and arms twitch mostly after I have any kind of strenuous activity on my muscles or after a really bad dizzy episode. Kind of feels like when you are falling asleep and you start jerking a little, but I am wide awake when this is happening.

· Concentration is very difficult

o I feel like I have been getting dumb and I have had trouble maintaining train of thought, or pulling the right word when I have a dizzy episode.

· Bladder Issue

o Incontinence mainly leading up to my period and then it subsides, but my periods are not as heavy anymore, so it doesn’t seem to be related to my cycle?
