They Found A Lesion On My Spleen That Grew A

They found a lesion on my spleen that grew a cm from last year. also found a lesion on bilat adrenals but doctors are not concerned with that. They found spleen lesion when they did CT scan of my abdomen for frequent and excruciating kidney stone. do you advice getting rid of the spleen ( which I know i'll be prone to infection or do a biopsy which the doctor say may possibly puncture my lung or bleed as spleen is vascular) or just wait and observe if the mass. As of now I'm recuperating from stent placed on my L kidney as the stone was creating a blockage. Note, labs were done ( parathyroid and low vit D which he says may cause kidney stones)
