Thick Veiny Bottom Lip. Looks Weird And I Can Feel

Thick veiny bottom lip. Looks weird and I can feel the vein with my tounge when I run it across the area. Sometimes it swells up and is more pronounced than other times. Doesn't hurt to touch. Very small white dot in the same vacinity. Have a metal taste in my mouth all the time too.
