Things Happened So Quickly, I Don't Think My Boyfriend Was

Things happened so quickly, I don't think my boyfriend was inside me, but I do remember feeling liquid near. I took the pill to be safe but now am also worried after reading numerous reviews on severe cystic acne. Although acne is better that an unexpected pregnancy, I recently suffered months of cystic acne which recently improved. In addition to the pregnancy worry, I am also worried about my skin :) Is there prevention to stop the cystic acne before they appear?
