Think I Have Had Syphilis For Some Time Now. I

Think i have had syphilis for some time now. I have gone to doctor after doctor with explaination of my symptoms( copper colored vircular patches on hands and soles of feet, my armpits have ingrown hair like tumors that ooze puss and blood filled smelly gunk out of it i have mucous patches and bumps which i believe to be condyloma lata on my lips) i have went to pcp and had 3 rpr test on different occassions all were negative and a vdrl test it was negative..infectious disease wont see u without a refferal and health department will not treat with a negative result.i use to be in medical field so i know the sypmtoms. How can i seek treatment..only hope left is finding someone to do a spinal tap for bacteria in spunal fluid but no one will do that with negative rpr and vdrl results. I had a chancre on my genitals that went away on its own in like a week almost 8 years ago but it wasnt until all these other signs showed up that has me thinking and trying to seek help. I also have alopecia badly in my scalp area...what can i do
