Thinking I Have Vertigo. Woke Up Nauseous, Lite Headed Spinning

Thinking I have vertigo. Woke up nauseous, lite headed spinning but not to bad 1-10 a 5. Last tuesday. Nauseous stopped friday morning. I'm very gassy. Not a normal stool for 2 days. starting to get pain in my right side front. Sharp pain that comes and goes. No appietite. Always tired. No fever. Urinating more then usual.
