This August On The 26th, I Had A Biking Accident

This August on the 26th, i had a biking accident and suffered a haematoma over my left foot. Today is the 13th of October and the swelling hasn't completely reduced. I have also had reduced sensitivity over some areas of my skin that overlies the haematoma. Should I be worried?
