This CT scan of Lung. Is this Stage-4 Lung cancer for non-small cells?
There is a large right upper lobe mass measuring approximately 8.1 x 6.4 x 4.3 cm which extends from the anterior right chest wall to the right hilum. There is upper lobe bronchial cut off on image 43 series 3. No definite chest wall invasion. There is bronchial wall thickening with interlobular septal thickening in the right lung, greatest in the right upper lobe. There are multiple discrete small right pulmonary nodules, largest measuring 6 mm anteriorly in the right upper lobe on image 56. Similarly, multiple small left lung pulmonary nodules measure 6 mm in the left upper lobe on image 42.
