This Site Sucks State up front that your gonna charge for advice!!!! useless and a waste of time???

A Neighbor ( M ) 56Yrs. about 56Yrs old recently had a heart attack about a month ago. lives with his wife ( who has Lupus ).
My friend and I mow their yard for them to help out since the heart attack. last week we didn't talk to them or see them but we did get a chance to see and talk to Mark this week and My friend and I both found it very alarming. Mark could not carry on a linear conversation ( subject and stories changed ) frequently. He Stated several times that he was confused, and wasn't sure his doctor was listening or understood what he was trying to tell him but that he couldn't quite figure out how to explain effectively. He said his new doctor makes him uneasy and he doesn't know if he can trust him..
-- We talked with him for over an Hour and were both shocked, Alarmed, and afraid for him due to how quickly he has deteriorated!?!
