This Afternoon I Had A Issue Of My Equilibrium Causing

This afternoon I had a issue of my equilibrium causing me to clasp, it lasted for approx 30 minutes. I am a heart transplant patient about 6 years out. I have had these issues before my first heart attack 1987 but never have they lasted ;longer then few seconds.
