This Afternoon I Had An Odd Sensation On The Right

This afternoon I had an odd sensation on the right side of my stomach. It felt like I had totally lost feeling on that side for about 20 minutes. The sensation was quite frightening. Could it of been a pinched nerve? I have a bit of trouble with my hips ( hip replacement) and gave a narrowing of the SI joint in my pelvis. I am a 49 year old female
